If your friend decides to buy Halifax Home Insurance we'll send you both £15 in shopping vouchers with our thanks!  They're accepted at over 75 of the high streets top stores – giving you extra towards whatever you want.

Here's how it works

1. Simply print off the application form
2. Recommend us to your friend by completing Side A of the form.
3. Ask your friend to get a quote and take out our insurance quoting reference MGM1
4. Once they've got their policy number all they have to do it complete Side B of the form - and return it to the Freepost address
5. Once we receive the completed form, you'll both receive your vouchers within 40 days to spend how you please!

You can recommend as many friends as you like, and we'll be delighted to give you both £15 in vouchers every time. Simply print off as many application forms as you need.

£15 High Street Voucher Terms & Conditions. This offer is available to all existing Halifax Home Insurance policyholders (buildings and/or contents) who comply with the following conditions. 1. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 2. New customers must take out a Halifax Home Insurance policy with us between 1st March 2008 and the 31st July 2008, and must not have an existing live policy. 3. To qualify for this offer reply coupons must be received between the 1st March 2008 and the 31st August 2008. 4. Please allow 40 days from the date of receipt by Halifax General Insurance Services Limited of this form for delivery of vouchers. 5. Halifax General Insurance Services Limited reserves the right to withdraw the offer if the purchaser cancels the policy within 30 days of their policy start date. 6.
