Save a smaller deposit – you could buy sooner than you think because you can borrow up to 95% of the purchase price or valuation (whichever is the lower) for properties valued up to £250,000

You maybe able to repay your mortgage over up to 40 years - spreading your repayments means you could start off with lower repayments.
