Save a smaller deposit – you could buy sooner than you think because you can borrow up to 95% of the purchase price or valuation (whichever is the lower) for properties valued up to £250,000
We calculate interest on a daily basis - some lenders calculate the interest they charge on an annual basis. We don't - calculating on a daily basis could help save you money.
You maybe able to repay your mortgage over up to 40 years - spreading your repayments means you could start off with lower repayments. Equally you can choose to reduce the term of your mortgage to pay it off sooner. Just bear in mind that the longer you take to repay the more interest you'll be charged.
