Getting Started with Online

Once you've received your temporary password you'll be ready to start using online banking. To get started just follow the simple steps below:

Step 1:
Go to www.halifax.co.uk/online and click on the complete registration link (located under the New to Online banking section) OR
Click on the complete registration link located on the right hand side of this page.

Step 2:
Enter your username and temporary password.

Step 3:
Change your temporary password to something more personal and memorable to you.

Step 4:
Next, you'll need to provide answers to a few security questions and think of an additional question and answer of your own.

Step 5:
the last thing you need to do is read and accept the online service conditions.

You are now ready to use online banking!
